2. Order Process
– All orders must be placed through our website or specified ordering platform.
– Customers are encouraged to provide detailed specifications for custom cookie designs, including flavors, colors, themes, and any other relevant information.
– A confirmation email will be sent once the order is placed. Please review the details and notify us of any discrepancies immediately.
3. Pricing
– Prices for custom cookies are listed on our website and are subject to change without notice.
– Prices may vary based on design complexity, quantity, and flavor selections.
4. Payment
– Full payment is required at the time of order placement.
– We accept various payment methods, including bank transfers, PayPal, and Revolut.
– Once full payment has been received you will be booked into our calendar.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
– Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
– Cancellations made after 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee.
– Due to the custom nature of our cookies, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once the order is in production, except in cases of error on our part.
6. Delivery and Shipping
– We offer local delivery and shipping options. Delivery times will be provided at the time of order confirmation.
– We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers.
– Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We will not refund or replace orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
– We are not responsible for cookie breakage during transit but we do our utmost to package them in such a way to get them to you safely.

– We cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
